My 80 yr old mother broke her IPhone screen and called me complaining about how badly she was treated at Geek Squad, and told she had to leave it for 2 days. I live in Texas. I found I Fix on line and called. The owner was so sweet, and informative. I explained the situation, and he said to send her over. Mom made it there the following day, was met by the owner ( who she was so impressed by) , got the screen replaced in 30 minutes, and for less than half of what Geek Squad wanted!
