"Guy at the front desk was nice, but didn't even open up my broken laptop. Immediately said that it was unfixable after I told him the problem and cheaper to buy a new one. Took it to another place and they actually looked at it and fixed it in 2 days. If I hadn't gotten a second opinion this place would've cost me a thousand dollar mistake."

"Lost color in picture Gallery, all looked like film negatives. Spent almost 2.5 hours between Consumer Cell & Samsung companies with no results. Gave me this info and over the phone in less than a minute their suggestion fixed the problem. Ir would have been an hour ride. They only asked fir a decent review. They're amazing!!!!"

"Awesome experience today. Brought my laptop in because it wasn’t turning on. The gentleman who helped me explained that it’s a common issue for Lenovo’s to not turn on after an update. He showed me how he to use a safety pin to reset the motherboard and had it working within 5 minutes, free of charge. He then cleaned the screen and keyboard as a kind gesture and had me on my way. I will most certainly return in the future. Thank you Ubreakifix!"

"Worse experience ever -- wish I could give negative stars. Made an appointment, went there and was told they don't have the part for a screen repair. The guy there ordered it and told me to give them two days. I returned 2 days later and a different guy was there. When I told him there is a part that was ordered, he told me that the part was used for another customer. So he ordered another one and then said "give them two days". SERIOUSLY?!?! Well, not going to be returning to this place. How does a repair shop not have a stock of parts or just order one at a time? Bad Bad Business!!"
