"I must express my absolute gratitude to BOCCO Funeral Home and Nick Lukaszewicz. Nick made himself quickly available for us to make arrangements for my Mother. This was the first time I have ever had the responsibility of celebrating someone’s life and respecting their final wishes. Nick showed sympathy he even shared his own family story and I felt he could relate to my own feelings and concerns. Throughout the process he was there - making time in between the Christmas holiday for me to drop off the final outfit to discuss the service and for quickly adapting to a request that may have not been normal for a service. We had a viewing with open casket and service with a closed casket. Nick helped me make the decision as I confided in him that some of my mom’s closest friends wanted to pay their respects but wanted to remember her alive. We also last minute had our priest call in sick and Nick quickly made arrangements for another priest. It may not be tactful to speak of appearance of our lost one, but it is the most important detail that should be mentioned. My mother looked absolutely beautiful . She truly looked like she was sleeping peacefully. It takes a special person to take care of the voiceless and Nick super exceeds. Thank you BOCCO funeral home!"
