"Black Lady was very unprofessional all I was trying to do was get a title and registration so I can drive legally on the road and she told me that I need to bring the person that I bought it from to be next to me which the person lives all the way in Texas instead of just giving me a price and letting me transfer it my name. She also wasted my time making me sit for 10 minutes just to tell me I couldn’t do it. She wasn’t helpful at all every time I asked how to do it she never gave me a answer I honestly thinks it’s because I’m a black male that she didn’t think was capable of owning any vehicle the saddest part is she’s black too."
