"It takes a lengthy amount of time to get anything done when you go there. The personnel are very pleasant and lovely but it is fraught with hurdles. They are understaffed. I have been trying to close an account from my deceased parent. It takes numerous phone calls and paperwork. Each time I go in they can’t find identification that was scanned in the visit prior. The institution hasn’t set up processes to be streamlined and concise. I miss the in person tellers. The manager always seems new and different or just covering the site."
