"I never wrote a review in my life! But i couldn’t stay quite with this experience that i had. Horrible customer service: One teller in particular , she was very very very rude to my mom ; It looked like she didn’t want to work or be there ,because she was giving me and my mom attitude left and right. FOR NO REASON. Laughing and giggling all the time , chewing gum , making fun of other people who couldn’t pronounce words in english struggling with another teller who seemed to be her friend . They were both very unprofessional . I can’t believe wells fargo hired them . I honestly don’t understand how they were able to get a job being THAT immature and unprofessional. Rolling their eyes, just everything was disappointing: What looked like to be the manager, took over and her way of talking was amazing i couldn’t complain about her, she actually called the other teller out and told her to “find nicer ways” to communicate with customers. She was very professional, and mature. Wells fargo needs more teller like her. i’m mad i forgot her name. But they definitely need to review all the tellers and fire some people because they do not deserve to have that job and it’s just making that neighborhood bank unwelcoming. !!!"
