"The worst citizens bank branch has been waiting here for 35 minutes and lost the chance to do a wire transfer that is very important for my business. There was only 1 customer care that was on thr phone for a long time I aksed the teller to have someone else help me she said you have to wait with an attitude. You have to wait."
"Cece was Great like always and the entire team was help Bravo our local Branch good luck and thank you for been professional"
"Acme: carts broken. Only one set of doors working. Associate was rude. Items on sale-limited selection(early in the day)."
"Great staffs and I’ve been coming to this branch for years. Although COVID has really shorten their business hours, but nonetheless a very convenient location to process your financial needs."
"The most unethical and unprofessional branch. I've been going to that branch for yrs. Every time I go there I see new faces as if that job can't keep it's employees. Too many young women working there and all they talk about is their "boy friends" even when we're standing in line waiting. And this new muslim girl just keeps laughing at anything and anyone as if she's in a comedy show. I mean she can laugh but when there is nothing funny about us customers standing in line she should stop and do her job. I would hate to work with someone like that. And if she's always laughing at us customers standing in line I wonder how her laughs must be torturing the people who work with her. They need more professionals working at that branch."
