Fulton Bank - formerly Republic Bank 1750 Deptford Center Road, Deptford, NJ 08096

"First time going to this bank. Have been with Fulton for over 2 decades. I walk in. I see Fulton Bank swag all over, on all the signs and they inform me that they can't access Fulton bank accounts. But they have been switched over to a Fulton subsidiary for about a month. Make it make sense? Just silly and wasted my time. They may as well just kept the Fulton signs down until they were ready. They even had a universal checking withdrawal slip for the transition. This place must be very poorly managed"

"I'm assuming 'Helena' and her associate 'Emily' are tellers and should not be working in customer service anymore especially a bank. They answered none of my questions correctly, they were rude and unaccommodating. I will never return to that location. Matter of fact I'm closing my account at Republic Bank. You guys are terrible!! I wish I could give you a negative star because believe me I would."

"This bank teller refuse to deposit my money. It was rolled coins. She told me I had to use a third parties coin machine and pay 10%. As a hispanic male, I felt very discriminated against. I had my 8 year old son and 2 year old daughter with me. My son asked me why the lady was being so mean to me and so nice to all the white ladies. I had to explain to my 8 year old about racism. especially by privileged white women like this lady. I was embarrassed and had to leave. So I took pictures from outside. I also recorded the incident too. Well some of it. Sad the way this world is. I will now be taking my accounts and my business accounts to another bank. All because of the racism from this lady."
