"Terrible. Online, you will get ZERO service. Then, it takes days for Columbia to deposit a check... they do it in increments. The balance will denote your deposit in full, but the "uncollected funds" fees (not NSA fees) will start eating away your balance. On top of the above, via account messaging , I complained about the above fees & the management (M. Crocco) closed my account. I would say, NEVER USE THIS BANK. Their app stinks. For my biz, the biz banking can't even connect to Plaid. Columbia takes forever, in a digital age, to deposit your money, but they will definitely hit you with fees in less than five seconds."

"Worse bank in South NJ. They have no experience at all. They discriminate your business from the door no matter the documents you have or how long you have been in business and show you nothing in writing of their so called IP rules. Do business elsewhere with a bigger bank and save the headache."

"One of the worst banks in the area. The employees at this branch, including the manager, are not well trained and lack of professionalism. Basically, they don't have much business. if you walk in the branch, all the employees are just chatting. That's true, at least based on the times i visited. If you have banking experience with other large banks, you'll feel even worse about the bank!"
