"I have been a member for 10 years and during this pandemic I fell short financially. In August I had the misfortune of overdrafting my account for under $100. I was treated like a criminal for one overdraft. I explained that I would pay my overdraft amount back in small inclements over a 6 week period. I was told that would be alright by a member services rep. One week later the credit union froze my accounts and went into another account and removed the total overdraft amount without my knowledge. Of course this caused this separate account to be overdrawn as well. I closed all my accounts and would not recommend anyone to put there money in this banking institution. When I called member services I spoke with a lady name Paige and she was rude and not at all compassionate. This bank is a clear example of bad business. Keep your money in your bed mattress it is safer ."
