"We have been banking here for several years, the service is very efficient. I never have to wait long in line. Yes, sometimes if you are going through the drive-through service you may have to wait a bit, but a lot of that has to do with the pandemic. Indoor service is swift. Francesca and all the other ladies and guys I have interacted with are very friendly and helpful. I feel like they make the experience pleasant. Replacing a debit card and doing transactions through this branch is a breeze."

"I've been fighting a large amount of unauthorized transactions with this location for the past 5 months, I took it upon myself to contact the companies that the purchases were made it, took screenshots, and send it to the emails provided on the website; Beneficial Bank denied my case without even contacting me, I contacted them, I had to refile my claim, and was told it'll take 3 months for their investigation to be completed. It's 3 months later, I emailed WSFS, I logged into my account to contact customer service, and still no information on my case."

"The new DriveTru teller is terrible. Been waiting for 15 minutes and she still hasn't taken out my transaction out of the carrier. 16 minutes the person that was before me... there goes my lunch break...."

"I need a new bank! Beneficial now charges you 50¢ to check your balance at any non Beneficial ATM and $1.50 to withdraw money from non Beneficial ATM, on top of the ATM fees itself. And just so we are clear, Beneficial doesn't have ATMs around the city, only at their banks, so any time you need cash and aren't near one of their branches, of which there are few, you're paying a fee."
