"I went in last week to open a new account and was immediately greeted by the manager Stefan. Stefan was working short staff and the bank was super busy. However the customer service was amazing and pleasant. Definitely a great environment of customer service considering the area is a little rough. My experience was a 10/10 I am super satisfied I went into this branch."

"I went to obtain a cashier's check in order to pay for my mother's funeral. I was not greeted nor asked how she could assist me. Horrible attitude, pushed the check towards me. It is bad enough you are doing a transaction due to beloved parent's death but to be treated in such an unprofessional manner is quite deplorable. Maurice with whom I obtained a debit card on the same day, was professional and am able. He also offered his condolences."

"I would give this bank zero stars if I could. I used their ATM and as soon as I put my card in it took my card and said it was out of service. My friend stayed there while I went inside and reported it. They said they couldn't do anything because it wasn't a PNC card and it happens all the time. I canceled my card right away. 5 days later I receive a notification of an attempted atm withdrawal. The charge was for the exact amount that was in my account the day it took my card."

"Me and my wife walked in to open a joint account and the manager just did not want business? Like what? I did not make an appointment but just walking in the manager had a very bad attitude, instead of directing and advising me on how I could open an account she kept making excuses how I have to call in advance, I have to inform a teller…? Like okay we are past that, what can I do to open an account. Very unprofessional staff and am probably not opening a account at PNC! These people need serious training and need to understand how important it is to value the customers that walk in especially if they are opening a bank account!"
