"This bank does not care about it's customers or the community surrounding it. Since this branch only has drive-thru access, customers are blocking residents' homes and businesses, who are still trying to make a living and cannot when their driveways are blocked. This bank should be taking care of these residents/businesses, who are also customers, and should have a security guard directing customers or at least cones creating a service lane. It's a disgrace that they do not answer the phone to deal with this issue, and the police have been called on several occasions."

"Everyone can agree this bank works really slow and there’s always a long line all the time. The bankers are doing their best I know, but they’re not efficient. It’s in a convenient location and I love the bank brand, it’s ridiculous how on average I spend 40 mins here."
