"Terrible. The wrong information given to me by a teller at this branch made us almost miss our settlement for our new house. They had our money held up in a hold, even though the teller had assured me it would clear days earlier. Despite their mistake, and a manager from another bank assuring them that the funds were already taken out, and calling their manager multiple times, they refused to help. We were luckily able to settle on the house later that day because the manager at Trumark Financial went above and beyond to help us. We have since moved our money to Trumark. The Citizens Bank online banking is also terrible. I would give Citizens and their fees, terrible customer service, online banking, and especially this branch and employees/management zero stars if it were an option. We’ve been customers for years, and I have no idea why. Again and again we’ve been let down by this bank. We’ve had nothing but good experiences at Trumark Financial."

"Love the crew here. I use this location for my business and not only are they the best staff I have ever had to work with, the location is quiet and clean. They even have dog treats. They are 100% the best."

"I opened a checking and savings account earlier this week. The day after I did I recieved a promotion in the mail saying I could get $300 each ($600 total) for opening a savings and a checking account and depositing $500 per month for three months in the savings and setting up direct deposit to the checking account. So I went back in and they refused to honor it. The person I spoke to (Daja) called the corporate number. She was on hold for about 5 minutes while also chatting with their online support. Let that sink in, their own employees don't even have a direct line to the corporate offices. I advise not using this bank. Their customer service is awful in my opinion. To the Citizens corporate office: Have you ever heard that it's five times more expensive to get a new customer than to keep an existing one? It might be something you should look into."

"The workers here are awesome! They have doggie treats in the lobby for my dogs and they even have community events sometimes. Im glad they finally came in the neighborhood"

"Went up today to use the ATM at 830am Started to use my card to enter into the locked door to get to the machine the door was not locked I was able to just push it open that definitely is not safe I find a man and woman in the room taking shelter in there smelling really bad inside the room."
