"Nop I don't like it, there's always a car blocking the entrance even with a sign saying "do not block " people don't care and guard either"

"I love how I lost my wallet and they tell me without my id ( I brought my social security card ) I can't get a copy of my lost debit card. Make it make sense .... Waited 30 min in chair for no reason . Then the lady said " if one of my employees knew me then she would had done it " . I didn't know I had to know employee's to receive regular service .... I guess this is a social club or church .... I repeat don't waste your time . Go to another bank PNC is useless and time consuming . If I could rate id rate -5 stars .."

"This location is horrible! The wait time is ridiculous every time I take my mother. They may have 1 teller for regular banking and 1 for commercial banking. The teller is slow and you can be waiting more than hour."

I asked how you guys even operate without one and people don't even keep up with each others schedules. I lost a chance to close in a house because of this bank unprofessional the worst experience in my whole life with a bank ever don't even try getting a loan and buy a house with this bank you'll find your self in a very bad Situation you wouldn't believe what I had to go through my loan officer went mia in the middle of closing/looking for a house turns out he quit or so I been told but I know he gotten fired thats just the tip of the Iceberg of what I had to deal with this bank just don't do important business with this bank you have been warned."
