"Would give 0 stars if I could. Went in for an emergency room follow up appt that I was told would be “covered in full” due to the appointment coding (ER follow up). Had to rush through everything I needed to talk about because we only had 25 minutes, and I still didn’t get to cover it all so I had to pick and choose what I thought was most important. Received a bill for $250 AFTER INSURANCE a month later. Constantly trying to push drugs on me when I’ve explained I’m not falling for the western bs either. Folks, save your money and buy a ticket for a foreign country for a full body check up once a year. Health insurance in this country is a scam and these doctors love bank rolling on it."

"Scheduled an appointment then the office called me and cancelled when I was on my way. They told me the next available appointment was December.... It's August. Christiana"Care" does not care about their patients, only money. Terrible health network."

"I called on 5/6 to make an appointment spoke to a nurse instead was informed that someone would call me back .as of today 5/8 today no one has called . So today I spoke to someone in the front office named Dee. She was very rude when I asked her name she began to spell it Now who doesn’t know how to spell Dee she act like she was in a rush to get me off the phone so unprofessional"

"I had to call approximately 6 times to get an insurance referral sent through (that they said they sent through a month ago- but didnt- and my appointment was TODAY and had to be rescheduled for a month out), and they wouldn't even give me the referral/certification number to give to the other office. Took a 1/2 day off at work for this appointment and now I have to get less pay at work and wait another whole month to take care of my medical needs. Very frustrating."

"This place sucks! I’ve made two appointments over the past year and each time I show for my appointment on time, there is some reason I can’t be seen. They are not compassionate at all here. The doctors clearly are only here for a paycheck and to accommodate themselves. Patient care is not their strong suit and save yourselves the time but not coming here and just schedule at Wilmington hospital. Most likely Foulk rd will interfere with you not being seen and not meeting your patient needs. Patients are not treated with dignity and respect. Their ethics here are horrible. Ms. Nevins you should really look at this facility and the poor care they provide for their patients."
