She is patient, kind, and so professional! The biggest thing that I love here is that she remembers all of her patients! If you need a dentist in Wilmington she is the way to go!"

"Edited! My insurance is excepted by this company. (Teamsters local 830) Rude and they don't know how to check insurance. Online it says they take my insurance. When I called to schedule my appointment I was told they take my insurance. The day before my appointment I was called and rudely told a lie about them calling and verifying my insurance- and my name wasn't showing up. When I asked for the phone number to their orthodontist office, I was told to call my insurance company and ask for the number. Rude. After I hung up I received a message saying my appointment was canceled. Im calling my insurance company to report them. Im hoping their name is removed from the list of dentists in my area."

She gives great advice for how to deal with any concerns and is patient and compassionate in her care, especially for anyone with anxiety about going to the dentist. She explains what she's going to do before doing it and truly is very gentle. I appreciate how Dr. Rodriguez encourages me to keep my teeth healthy and clean between visits and I know when I go to see her I'll get the best dental care!"

"I was satisfied with the dental care I received from Dr. Rodriguez BUT, on two occasions I had to reschedule my appointments at the last minute due to my work schedule. I called to reschedule my appointment for another day within the same week and received a voice message from Dr. Rodriquez stating I would have to pay $75 before scheduling another appointment. I REFUSE to pay any fees for missed appointments that were beyond my control. My job comes first. If I was able to give more notice, I would have but, under no circumstances will I pay because I rescheduled an appointment last minute."
