"We hired CertaPro to paint our house and garage. They were reasonably priced and I can't say enough about the quality. We have a very old house with the original siding. It was white, stained and banged up a little. I was literally embarrassed to tell people where I lived. We decided to go with green. What a difference! I am no longer embarrassed by my house. Also, the gentlemen who did the painting were very professional, made sure everything met our approval before leaving and made sure to leave our property spotless of all materials. The most impressive thing I want to mention is the work ethic of the workers, to be specific Kursat. He worked on a holiday and even came back on Saturday to finish the job. We were so impressed that we are currently waiting for an estimate to have our pool deck repainted. Krista and Al Augustine UPDATE After MANY calls for the deck estimate they never called back. On our contract we were supposed to receive Sherwyn Willams paint. The workers brought the paint it in the Sherwyn Willams can. We went to Sherwyn Williams to buy more to keep as touch up paint where we were advised that it was not even their paint. Buyers beware."

"I highly recommend CertaPro Painting their prices are reasonable and they did an excellent job painting my living room, dining room and kitchen. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly and easy to work with. The painting team took time to prepare the site, coving my furniture and floors, and clean up after they were done each day. The preparation of the walls and painting was neat and precise. They finished the work in two days and they did a walk through with me to make sure I was satisfied with their work. "Long overdue review of a less than satisfying experience. I contacted CertaPro in January 2020 about removing painted over wallpaper and repainting several rooms. Ultimately, my budget only allowed for stripping/painting my bathroom and the ceiling of my living room. After signing a contract to do the work, the team did not show up on the scheduled day because the painter misread the email. After contacting the office several times and being given a laughable discount for the inconvenience, they showed up a day late. I will commend the two person crew for getting all of the work done in one day, but even immediately following when they left, it was apparent corners had been cut in their craftsmanship. As part of the service, the crew members would move large furniture and curtains as needed. In taking the curtain rods down in the living room, they bent one of the brackets, which snapped when I went to reinstall the curtains and rods after they were done. Prior to contacting a painting company, I had bought the some of the paints I wanted to use on the walls and the ceilings. This was communicated with the company during scheduling. When the painters arrived, I showed them which paints were to be used where. Any leftovers from the paint I had purchased separately were to be left, but after they were gone, the paint intended to be used on the bathroom ceiling, which would need to have excellent moisture resistance, was missing and in its place was a lower quality paint that wasn't rated for a bathroom. There were also several spots where there was wallpaper left and painted over. On the living room ceiling, these spots are small and you have to really look to even notice them. However, the situation in the bathroom is worse. There were multiple spots of the 1950s vintage wallpaper that were too stubborn to remove and painted over again by CertaPro after being painted by the previous owners of my home. At the time, I asked about it, and was assured because of how tightly the wallpaper and paint was bonded to the ceiling, I shouldn't have any issues. In short order, these areas have started to peel and have multiplied since then. If you've gotten this far, you may be wondering why have I waited so long to comment about this? Well, some things have happened in the intervening years that made it difficult to have contractors come to your house. Also, if it was so difficult to schedule and have the work done on time, would I bother them to get a less than their best effort to resolve it. I did get an exhaust fan installed in 2020 to try and prevent the situation from getting worse, but today I realized I will probably need to consider getting the paint redone soon. CertaPro painters of South Jersey will not be considered."

"The painter was on time and professional. He didn’t prime the walls although the color was going from yellow to off white. I noticed the paint didn’t have a strong odor that it used to have. It took him a couple of hours and the paint dried quickly. I am very pleased with the result."
