"Been a customer for years. Today that needs to end. I went inside to get a document notarized. NO reps on the floor. One behind closes doors. Waited over 10mins then I approached security to find out if anyone was working was told they were in the back doing checks. 3 reps comes out, one approaches me & very rudely questions my documents to be notarized then proceeds to tell me they were too busy to help me. Lady there is no one here & it’s one document. I guess since it was 4pm it was time to call it a day. Customer service is TRASH!"
