"Customer service was horrible at resolving my issue or compensating with my side of the issue. The “customer service manager” as she stated over the phone to me showed no patience and abruptly hung up on me with no attempt at a call back. I proceeded to call back 4 times ( first one called back 2min after hang up, ringing twice until I was sent to voicemail which was weird considering they were open and just answred ) and the 3 calls after rung once and went straight to voicemail, which led me to find out she was canceling my calls purposely and no longer wanted to continue with her job for the afternoon apparently.they Also had an excuse for every point I brought up that I had clear cut and solid proof that their office handled THEIR end wrong and I did everything I COULD to resolve the issue. Very upset with all state and this office and a true, honest, and transparent review"

"I have both car and home bundled with Allstate and it is a MAJOR expense. Honestly, I need to look at other companies. N.J. Manufacturers at least has a dividend incentive. I am a dream customer. "I recently added my teen driver to my policy representative Fatima Sulaman originally quoted me a monthly payment of $520+ a month. After I sent her my child’s driving school certificate, drivers license, and report card they had the audacity to send me an email quoting payments of $952 per month. Once I called the office and spoke with Fatima she was extremely rude, put me on hold and then hanged up the phone. The fact that NJ allows insurance companies to discriminate on young drivers is absurd. They don’t refer it as discrimination but that is exactly what it is. When you are treating someone different based on their age, it is discrimination, and this should not be allowed. This is absurd and should not be allowed. The fact that the company feels that they are doing nothing wrong is ridiculous. Definitely do not recommend them for anything, they don’t care about their customers just collecting their money. Let’s not forget that these companies collect huge bonuses at the end of the year. Stay away from this company, they only care about their pockets not their customers."

They always answer all my questions and when they say they will look into something and return my call, they actually do. The app makes it super easy to stay up to date with my payments and billing information. Overall wonderful experience with this company."
