"Dr. Pecarsky saw my husband for his routine yearly checkup. He ordered bloodwork with a lab and an x-ray for shoulder pain (both handled outside of his office). He then scheduled two separate calls that lasted under 3 minutes each to discuss the results for both. Those 3 minute calls both resulted in bills of over $150 because him giving the results for these visits were considered "tele-medicine appointments." This is a disgusting way to rip off patients. Providing patients with their test results shouldn't be an additional charge under the guise of an actual appointment with the doctor. On top of the fradulent charges, the doctor also had little to no bedside manners and was rude throughout the appointment. Unless you would like to be treated by a rude doctor who is going to overcharge you, I do not recommend seeing Dr. Pecarsky."
