"Have usually had good experiences here. Tonight's wasn't so great. They were really backed up and understaffed and I totally get that. But the woman at the front desk was kind of rude about it. My daughter was sick and we weren't sure what was wrong but she didn't even let us explain, just told us it was going to be a long wait no matter what. Ended up taking her to the Virtua Urgent Care on 70 and got seen right away and everyone was super nice."

"I go here with my daughter when necessary and they are great. My issue arises when my 22 year old nephew went in to be seen. Off the bat they told him that they only see children. When he proceeds to quote their web page and automated, then does the patient registrar go and confirm. She proceeds to inform him there is over an hour wait due to online appointments. I feel like from the door they were not willing for him to be seen. I beyond appalled by his treatment. I get there is a wait, but I called and was just told I would be 5th in que and not even an hour wait. Do better!"
