"Everyone was extremely courteous. I had the ct scan and the technician walked me out to the waiting area and advised that she would let the ultrasound technician know I was here which was 40 minutes prior to my appt. After approximately 10 minutes they took me for the ultrasound; therefore I had completed this test prior to the appt. I was very happy"

"I made an appointment for 2 tests. I completed all the pre-screening including uploading the 2 scripts from my physician, drivers license, insurance, etc. I received phone confirmation with instructions 1 week before the scheduled date. So far so good. The day before the tests, I received voicemail saying the tests required pre-certification and therefore the appointment has being cancelled. Later that day at 2pm received another voicemail confirming the appointment. I called and they said it was my or my doctor to do the pre-cert. I would have done that if they told me that in advance. However in every other case when I've used them or another testing center, they did the pre-cert since they had ll the required info that I provided via pre-screening."

"The lady that was scheduling my MRI took an entire 30 minutes and had me on hold for 25 of those minutes. Every time I asked a simple question like confirming address, she said hold on, and would take another 5-10 minutes to confirm. You guys need to train your staff better"

"Quick, fast, and easy appointment. Pleasant, clean and moderate noise level environment. My appointment was at 3pm not sure if that is why is wasn't crowded, not sure the flow of patients during the day. But love it!"
