"DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY!!! I am watching my father with stage 4 cancer get treated like an animal. They won’t even give him his pain meds he has already been prescribed by palliative care. My mind is blown about the treatment he has received. They refuse to keep him comfortable and treat him like a human. My mistake for assuming that he would receive the same quality of care as the Jefferson Washington township hospital. DO NOT come here unless you need care asap. The doctors do not care."
"As I first came in the staff was attentive and nice; however once shift changed to night it was a completely different experience. It felt as though the nurse during night shift just didn’t care. I went in because I got something stuck in my right palatine tonsil that was stabbing me after I ate a beef skewer. I could see what resembled a piece of the stick and tried to remove it. Once I realized it was too far back I decided to go to my nearest ER where I was told they can’t see anything visually even though I could clearly see it. They then had me spend the next 5 hours waiting for results from an xray and CT which they did for “my peace of mind”. Once results came back again they claimed there was nothing, some inflammation but nothing else. The night shift nurse again tried to tell me it was probably a scratch which made me feel gaslit because I know it wasn’t. I proceeded to go home and with eyelash extension tweezers removed the following picture from my RIGHT PALATINE TONSIL. I wasted most of my day to be continuously told there was nothing, to having to go home and in the matter of no more than three minutes remove this for myself."
"I went into the ER on 2/18 around 10pm for severe abdominal pain and nausea. The wait was a bit but that was okay because I could tell they were busy. The registration and check-in process was fast and easy with no complications. I was eventually taken back to a room and did blood work, ultra-sound, and a CT scan. I was extremely nervous and the nurses and all the staff were beyond accommodating. They could tell I was in immense pain and were caring and very understanding. They could not figure out the source of my pain which was really the only downside. Besides that, I had a great experience and I want to say thank you to all the staff for taking such good care of me!"
"We've been waiting three and a half hours in considerably pain so far and received no medical treatment at all. We received no indication of a long wait time. If we had, we would have gone to Virtua, which I recommend you do. We still have received no promise of any medical care at all. All of the staff carefully explain that they can't tell us anything. They haven't even given Tylenol, which they certainly should have three hours ago."
