"Very unprofessional office and will no longer move forward with this office nor Jefferson health due to my issues with this office. I needed a form filed out 4 weeks ago and still have not received it. This specific office said the Dr requested shots that I already took THIS year 2023…4 months ago to be exact. Once I informed the office of this they said they will get back to me, which never happened and this is week 2. I called them again week 3 just be be informed they lost my paper. Mind you the ONE paper i need complete isn’t asking a lot of information just 2 areas to be updated and filled out. So I had to go get another copy to drop off. When I went to drop off now the 2nd copy I said I can wait they told me no it’s not needed and I explained I need this paper asap, the nurse/receptionist I spoke to said I should receive a call Monday…Today week 4. Again no call, so I called and whoever I spoke to I informed I need this form today this is placing a lot on hold for me and messing up opportunities for me. The lady said she will expedite this and I will receive a call. I had to call again and I informed whoever I spoke with my problems and instead of her being understanding she decided to be a little nasty towards me instead of understanding ITS BEEN 4 weeks!! Due to the office being unprofessional losing docs, never receiving calls, clearly the staff not being on the same page, and the rude lady I spoke with… I won’t be going back and don’t recommend this office to anyone. I hope the rest of Jefferson isn’t like this, I won’t stick around to find out but I never been through anything like this with the medical field."
