"I love the greeting, the place is nice and clean. They are very professional"
"Update: The regional manager Brian did Follow up with me to fix the situation and prior to that another receptionist did call and reschedule me. She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get an appointment today. I needed to be show some compassion and I was The receptionist needs to practice empathy. I went in at 8:10 this morning for my appointment. She saw that I had a prior authorization but said I needed a script. No problem, I thought my doctor had sent along the script because he asked me where I would be going for imaging. I was frustrated because this was not really communicated to me from my doctor and I had taken off of work to be at this appointment. It was not her fault but she was hell bent on defending it. I told her to give me a moment so I could try to call my doctor or check the portal. She was asking me rapid fire questions instead of just giving me a moment. Every thing I said she had a rebuttal to. When I said, " they do not open until 9" She ignored that and called them anyways, like what I said did not matter. When I said, " Well then ok we can just wait until they give a call and I will schedule it then" her response " Well they would call you, not us because you left the voicemail" unnecessary word watching and rebutting when I am visibly frustrated and on the verge of tears. She wanted to keep pushing that point that you always need a paper with a script and that this was communicated with the appointment reminder. I told her it was not and she still wanted to argue the point when really it was irrelevant. What she could have and should have said was "I know how frustrating that is, to have taken off of work and to make it here, only to not be see. I will call the practice and leave a voicemail and once they send over the script I can give you a call to reschedule". Simple empathy, not defense. It was not her fault that I was not able to get my CT scan done, she inserted herself in the conflict and was adamant about defending it instead of being patient focused and ready to provide solutions."
"Went here for my mammogram! Both the lady at the front desk and the technician were great! They took me right back as soon as I walked in and my appt was quick."
"I was nervous to get my scan done, but right away when I checked in they made sure I was comfortable and calm and even during the scan they were amazing."
"I've always had a great experience at SJ Radiology. I'm not reviewing my experience as a patient. I'm reviewing my experience as a potential employee. I've been applying for part time PSR positions for months. I was interviewed by Kelly a few months back. At the time of the interview, I was sick. She asked me to reach out to her when I'm better. I did but I was told that, she's no longer an employee. I continued to apply for part time employment. I'm well qualified to work for SJ Radiology. Today, I rec'd several emails denying me employment. Every position that, I applied for, I got an email stating that I wasn't selected. I feel like they're discriminating against me. I called HR. Spoke with John. He said he would reach out to Deborah Shy. She's the person that I rec'd emails from. I haven't heard back yet. I'm taking this a step further. I know I'm qualified and, I know they need alot of help. I ask that someone look into this matter."
