"My husband and I have been going through a round of IVF since August. Since I live an hour away from my doctor's office, I've been seeing an acupuncturist near my house for the last 3 months. I have my embryo transfer TOMORROW and my doctor's office told me they work very closely with him and said he would come right in the office for my treatment! It sounded great, especially since I'm making the hour long drive up for my transfer and can't see my normal doctor beforehand. Since the doctor's office only called me 24 hours in advance to tell me the time of my transfer, I called Jon Posner to make an appointment today and he was SO RUDE. It honestly completed caught me off guard and I couldn't believe someone was lecturing me on how acupuncture works and stressing me out ONE DAY before my embryo transfer. He told me that "no one has ever called him the day before a transfer to make an appointment." Well so sorry I received a recommendation from my doctor, which was the whole point of my phone call. I was so put off by his lecturing and condescending tone that I actually hung up before the end of the phone call. What was supposed to be a stress-free time ended up being very upsetting."
