"I’ve been receiving regular care along with my mom for over a decade. Prior to finding her practice we were receiving poor care and follow up from our past providers. Let me tell you what a night/day change it is when you find a doctor who is topps in her field that you know genuinely cares for you and your loved ones well being. I mean this as not only as a job prerequisite but as a human being. She doesn’t just tell patients what they want to hear as is often the case because as a whole many doctors want to be likes by their patients sometimes too many times. She cares more about getting down to the health priorities and how she can help for our mental as well as physical priorities are being treated . Never has our medications left not being filled when we need them most as well as she has gone to bat countless times for us both against insurance companies when they decline certain meds that are needed for my mom and I . Many times without us even knowing . Her and her office work hard to find the best solutions for our medical best case scenario. Dr Rivera was amongst the first to find my mothers lung cancer before anyone had known it started to spread with fuzzy test results on a holiday weekend and ordered more tests only to find it had spread almost un detected . Only one example how good she has been to my family of two and why I still have my beautiful mother still going strong years after her original diagnosis ."

"By far the best general practitioner doctor I’ve had in my life . I’ve been a patient of hers as well as my mom for over a decade. Friendly office, short wait times and all in one stop for bloodwork up on the premises. She is super friendly and caring and never rushed. She goes up and beyond to get things authorized with insurance even if they are resistant. This happens and it means a lot when your doctor goes to bat for you when something is urgently needed especially when many other doctors just take no for an answer. I don’t foresee ever leaving this office as they care about my mom and I as if we are family . You’re in amazing hands when dr Rivera is on…."

"Dr Rivera is an awesome doctor she's a really nice person and I have nothing but respect for her as a professional my only issue is getting in touch after hours with a medical emergency is about impossible and what really makes it worse is the answering service is extremely rude and literally their answer for everything is go to the emergency room"

"Dr. Rivera is an absolute pleasure to meet with! I saw her all throughout my childhood as did my whole family. I went away to Philadelphia for 10 years and throughout that time, every doctor I saw had something missing. It was the patience, care and profound attention that I once had with Dr. Rivera any time I had an issue. I mean any time! Once I returned to the area, I made an appointment right away. I am now back with my meant-to-be PCP and could not be happier. I am completely confident in my health and trust her advice more than anyone I've seen in the past, (and I've seen a LOT of doctors). "I did not even get to see Dr Rivera, but I cannot deal with inconsiderate front staff. Twice I talked to the receptionist and twice she gave me a hard time for coming in. I only can visit Dr Rivera apparently if I have something “ailing me”. I needed a new primary care doctor, but that’s not a good enough reason to them. “We do not do check-ups or blood work”. Even though I know they draw blood right in the office. There are plenty of other physicians and medical providers in the area. They will most likely care about their patients more than this office seems to. Look for them."
