"Dr. Bob is amazing. We love him. But her front office people are very rude and very non-cooperative. Whenever I try to make an appointment, Jessica and Hillary act like it is my fault that I am trying to work a time out. They are always in rush for God knows what reason and hangs up on my face every time before even I finish the conversation. Hillary literally screamed at me one day when I requesred to look for if she could give me an early appointment. Jessica is also same. If you do not love your job, do something else. Why do you have to be nasty with people? This not a one or two time incident. I am taking my kids there for last 7 years and 99% time it is like this. It is very rare that they can behave normally."

She is recommending us to transfer to other doctor. She should know basic politeness at-least when she is talking patients ..
