I was seen by the PA and she was kind and took her time meeting with me. She was very knowledgeable and followed up with me the next day with my test results. "Today was my first visit and it was a great one.. I was able to book my appointment online and was able to get an appointment right away. The staff contacted me right before the appt to insure I had the correct address for easy navigation to the facility B. It was easy to find, right off of Route 27. There was also available parking . The facility was bright and very clean. The front desk staff was very welcoming and professional. I was able to see the doctor within minutes of my arrival which was very impressive. The doctor was extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable. She was able to answer all of my questions with clarity and full understanding each step of the way. "I came here because Brunswick urgent care down the street had a hour wait. There was no wait when I got here. Minimal forms to be filled out. They had access to all my medical records without me needing to provide them which made the new patient process much more simple. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The doctor was thorough, listened to everything I had to say without making me feel rushed, he explained his reasons for everything and included me in the decision making. The office was very clean and comfortable. I feel very happy with the experience I had here and will definitely be making this the new urgent care I go to. Thank you to all that work here."

"I went to The Urgent Care today. I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the entire staff and Dr Shah. My arrival was met with a friendly receptionist who took me through the registration process. Thereafter, my vitals and initial questions were done by an efficient and friendly nurse. Dr. Shah was incredible. He examined me and gave me so much time. He explained things in detail. I never at any time felt rushed. I cannot recommend them enough. They are truly amazing in every way."
