Reviews
"Unfair practices. I pick excel family care for my annual physical. My last physical was submitted to insurance under wrong category and insurance denied the claim. They should review what they are submitting before insisting patient to make the payments for their mistakes. I worked with my insurance and they said they did not submit any revised claims. They denied checkup for my wife because of this. My wife has nothing to do with that balance. I paid out the balance even this was a mistake from their end. We will never visit this facility anymore."
"Very polite, professional and friendly staff. Dr. Subramanian is very thorough with her level of care - I’m glad I found her and her practice!"
"We were totally impressed with the courtesy, professional and caring attitude. Efficiency was outstanding. We have already recommend your office. I don't want to get sick, but I wouldn't hesitate a second to return for help as I am overly confident in the quality care."
"The registration process was smooth. My previous health screening had ECG and hence the data was recent as a result didnt pursue on ECG. Doctor Subramaniam (call with last name) she was educating me on what some insurers will cover and will not. That gave me an idea to check with my insurance for additional tests charges prior to my next appointment Thanks"
"Update 2/26/2024- my OBGYN came to my rescue and prescribed the medicine to cover until I saw the new primary care! They were a life saver, not this doctor who quoted office policy Original review- When I was a patient it was a good experience. Last time I saw the doctor Jan 2023. However I moved and there were long waits for annual exam with new doctor even when I booked in December. Called the doctor in Feb 2024, just 13 months after I saw her and one month over required period. Doctor refused to provide prescription to tide over for one month of gap. She asked that I get bloodwork done and I requested her I see new doctor in one month, what is the value of getting bloodwork now when I see doctor in one month. A doctor needs to run a business I understand that, but sometimes they should put themselves in patients shoes as well and try to be human. Doctor mentioned legally not obligated to provide me prescription, which I understand she isn’t. She failed for me at the human care level. You decide, would you go see a doctor who wouldn’t accommodate your circumstances? She is willing to put someone at risk and go without prescription, for something that dose has not changed in 10 years. I would also understand if it is high variability, and I would understand if it was over several months, but just for one month difference? It’s hard as it is a single mom, trying to make the schedule work with full time job and kid’s schedule."
