"I called this office to see if they were accepting new patients, and I was told that they are a "concierge" medical service, so they have an annual fee of $1800 which is separate from insurance. It is unfortunate because they seem like a great practice, but I cannot afford this extra cost and I wish they had this information listed on their website somewhere for more transparency. It would have saved me some time because I wouldn't have filled out the "pre-registration" form. I just thought others should know."

"I recently switched practices to Windsor Regional Medical Associates in East Windsor, NJ. Dr. Sarina Sanghvi spent a lot of time getting caught up on my medical history. She is genuinely concerned about my health and has made every effort to make sure I was on the right medicines and had all of the proper vaccines. She even called me today to let me know that the CDC changed eligibility for the COVID 19 booster vaccine and tell me that I am eligible. If you need to speak with the doctor, the staff is more than willing to schedule a telemedicine appointment or in person appointment. I find her pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and diligent. I highly recommend her."

"My experience at this practice has been the best ever. Patients are seen promptly and the doctors and staff are professional and polite. The staff acknowledges everyone who walks in, in a timely manner. I’ve been with Dr Bowers since they opened their office. I forget how I found her, but I have never regretted walking into this office. She has been spot on with any medical issue that has come up with me over the years. She is an excellent doctor. She even accommodates my not liking to take meds, and offers natural methods to address some issues I may be experiencing, which I appreciate. Of course when I do need an RX, she prescribes, accordingly. Her interest in her patient is definitely genuine as she listens to you. She is one of the first doctors that I experienced who actually listens to me. She is honest and caring. I’ve had to see Dr Thomas on occasion, and he has the same great traits. I’ve only seen him a few times, but he is always prompt and professional with me. I use the office portal for communication with the office and either Dr Bowers, or the staff gets back to me very quick. Their portal is very easy to use and saves phone calls going back and forth. I figured I’d write a review as I just had a visit with Dr Bowers, and she quickly diagnosed what was going on with me. And this was after I saw a specialist two months ago, and I was not getting better. I thank this practice and staff, for being professional...and for being real."

"Dr. Bowers is by far the best physician I've ever had. She is professional but treats you like a person, not just a patient and is easy to develop a rapport with. Her medical knowledge is so extensive that I usually find her recommendations to be better than those of specialists I see. She explains everything and doesn't just write prescriptions for every ailment but gives reasonable suggestions for lifestyle changes, OTC meds/vitamins, etc. to manage health issues. Dr. Bowers also always errs on the side of caution and will make sure you get appropriate diagnostic procedures rather than dismissing complaints (even if you're a bit of a hypochondriac like me) but she also will not make you come in for an unnecessary appointment if she can give appropriate advice through portal messages. Though I don't know all of the doctors in the practice, my husband regularly see Dr. Thomas, who is also knowledgeable with a friendly but professional demeanor. Though I would see Dr. Bowers no matter where she practiced, luckily I also love most of the nurses, receptionists and even their billing people! I could go on forever but I'll just summarize by saying that the whole practice is great, the staff have gone above and beyond for me and my husband in several situations and I feel incredibly lucky to have found such a great practice."
