"Update To be fair, I have to say the last time I had an appointment here, the wait wasn't as bad. Still too long but (maybe 30 minutes). No idea why so many doctors don't have the common courtesy to telephone a patient beforehand and tell them the appointment time has changed. Why do they want a bunch of people sitting in their lobby getting pissed off because the doctor is wasting their time. Waiting one hour so far to see this doctor. 11:15 was my appointment time. Now it's 12:18 and still haven't seen her. I have walked out of doctor offices for this kind of tardiness before. Doctors should have the common courtesy to let patients know if the appointment time is going to change by this much. I have things at home that I could be working on. On the plus side, she gave me a bunch of samples of a very expensive prescription, so it turned out to be time well spent"

"My Father tried to book an appt. a week ago with no call back. He was referred by his GP after his first endocrinologist failed him. Unfortunately, when he called again today to follow up and let them know it’s been a week with no call back (which is bad business) - the receptionist Sherri, said “you can go somewhere else.” Sounds like Sherri has her hands full and took her bad day out on a prospective patient that was hoping to be seen. This is a bad representation of this practice and worrisome that they actually speak to people this way though I’m sure the Doctor is decent."

I wish the doctor check this reviews this people don’t working properly, bringing lost for the doctor And for the patients have to waited for their unprofessional management!
