"Terrible experience! I was told to take home 3 cups, one from urine and two for sputum. Then I was told I just had to drop them off. So I went in, placed them on the counter and sat down. I have a lung issue (hence the testing) so my breathing is terrible and I was suffering from an exasperation. When someone finally came towards the front I said “hello, I’m just here to drop off the samples.” She said “well you have to sign in.” This is after five other people signed as I was waiting there. So OK I signed in. As I’m waiting another woman comes up to me and says are you sick? I replied, “no I have a lung issue ”. She then just turned around and walked away. This was in front of everyone else, and I found it very embarrassing and the entire room was focused on me. She could’ve just come over with a mask and said it’s policy anybody with breathing issues wear this and that would’ve been much more appropriate. If that’s even what she was getting at or…can you not be sick in a testing center. Honestly, probably most of the clients that come in are sick and needing to be tested for something, am I wrong? Maybe 70 percent?? Then a third person came out in a full suit, masked, gloved and sanitized my samples brought them over to me and said “you can’t leave these on the counter it’s against policy! “ Then whist handing them to me, dropped two of them on the floor. I said “I’m sorry I wasn’t aware “ she said “it’s right there on the sign” and pointed to a sheet of paper sitting flat on the lower counter. There was no sign. The poorly low ink printed paper she pointed to was about making appointments not where you can and can’t place samples. To note if they were so concerned she should’ve sanitized the kiosk I had to put my fingers all over. Then a woman who worked there, called back the next client . Whist passing by me she said to the next client “The vibe in here is really bad today.” There was no compassion shown to me whatsoever. I was obviously suffering. I was made to feel completely like I was ET. I would think for a place that takes samples and does this they would have more compassion for people. It was a completely unnecessary for her to say that to another client about the vibe in the place. The intention itself is negative and what we judge in another, is actually a reflection of ourselves . All it did was have all the people sitting next to me and that client see me as a negative. An hour later, they finally did call me back. All I did was place the samples on another countertop. She said we don’t need urine. Well, the guy two days ago told me to fill 20 oz. I was like “ do you need anything else “and she said “no.” The sign-in appointment literally took two seconds. Way less time it took for them to ask me a question and spotlight me. Way less time for them to sanitize my samples and drop them on me and the floor. When I turned around to leave, she said “oh honey, by the way, next time”… I replied, “don’t talk to me “ Why?? because there won’t be a next time. Don’t call me honey, my name is Amy, it’s on the samples. I must note the gentleman that helped me two days prior, who asked me for the urine sample was an absolute gem."

"Sometimes people make mistakes. I get it. I just would have liked an apology. I'll probably go back as they are normally pretty good. 2023 update. Was in and out. Guy who took my blood was professional and thoughtful."

"The lady at the front desk is SOOOO SWEET and easy to talk to. The lady that took my blood was AMAZING. I normally pass out when I get blood taken and it takes a long time. She was done in like 3 minutes flat and I felt fine after. Best experience getting bloodwork EVER."
