"I had a great experience as a new patient of Dr. Torna's. Her exam was thorough and she spent at least 30 minutes with me reviewing medications and answering questions. Nurse Susan was also excellent."

"Worst doctor I’ve ever had… I’ve had to go to her like 5 times and every time it was coming back negative or as bv.. no medication was working and I asked for further testing and was trying to explain myself. Literally was cut off every time I tried to talk and she was literally more worried about my pants falling on the floor out of the chair. Terrible and so unprofessional… literally walked out crying after my appointment every time. Also rushed me out every time. Went to a new doctor and they found out what was wrong with me after listening for 20 minutes.Please don’t waste your time or money on her."

"(Please read) I’m updating my review because I need women to know do not go to this gynecologist EVER. I went to “Dr.Torna” back in 2022 a year ago and I will never forget my experience probably forever. First off she canceled my appointment twice but me being understanding I let it go. I didn’t even want to go back to her because I felt rushed every single appointment and almost uncomfortable because of her attitude. Due to it being hard to find a gyno that covered my insurance I had no choice at that moment. A little backstory I was 22 and stopped having a period for awhile which is not normal whatsoever. Dr. Torna ordered me testing. Since everything came back normal she stated nothing was wrong and told me I need to loose weight to gain a period back. I asked for more testing knowing this isn’t normal. She denied me more testing or any help in that matter and was very condescending/ rude about it. Also as I was leaving her office helpless and upset she yelled at me “hey I’m talking to you”. So after that horrible experience I then searched for a new gyno and now was delayed help because of her. A few months go by and come to find out my estrogen and hormones levels were extremely low. I then was ordered a MRI and found out I have a pituitary adenoma which is a non cancerous tumor in your brain that causes your period to stop (affects hormones+weight). I am doing okay and found answers because I talked to a real and good doctor who listened to my concerns. I am rewriting this review to let other women know please don’t go through what I did and waste your time here especially over your health!"

"I went to Dr.Torna and it was nothing but an awful experience. I went to her for the first time and I walked out upset and frustrated because I felt like I was not taken seriously enough and still left in pain. She did her test but said there was nothing she could do for me because all the results were normal despite me being in pain and calling back two weeks later with the same pain. I was told to come into the office again and I wish I never made the second appointment with her because again I left so upset and frustrated with her yet again. I felt as if my feelings and pain were not validated enough for her to treat me with proper care. Rushed to conclusion about what could be wrong instead of completely listening to what I was trying to say and would put words into my mouth about the symptoms I was explaining. I also felt rushed the entire time and was in there for about 5 minutes despite me going to previous Gyno’s and I was in there longer with the doctors because they wanted to really ensure they knew what was wrong with me and wanted to treat me with the proper care. Very unprofessional and rude !"

"I met with Dr Torna back in July of 2021 based on a referral from my PCP. I have truly never had a more humiliating, anxiety inducing experience with a doctor. My experience with her has given me so much trepidation surrounding seeing a GYN that I cry every time I have to schedule an appointment with my new doctor or walk into the office. It's humiliating. I met with Dr Torna to consult about options regarding sterilization at 23yo with no children. I'd been on hormonal birth controls since 16 and having awful side effects, and am staunchly childfree. As soon as I mentioned the desire, Dr Torna's entire bedside manner changed. The rest of the visit was spent telling me that I was too young to know what I wanted to do with my body. When I asked her if she had a colleague who might be willing to treat me, she said, and I quote "I can ask around, but you will never find somebody willing to perform this surgery on you. They are going to do what is in your best interest.". Shame on this woman for trying to tell ME what is in my best interest about a personal decision. I receive bilateral salpingectomy from Dr Timothy Pellini of Lehigh Valley Health Network in February of 2022. I did not have to strong arm him into it, or make a desperate plea. He explained the permanency of the surgery and the options for IVF in the future, and that was that. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Stay far, far away from Dr Torna if you want to be respected for your decisions about your body."
