"Mr. Pinciotti was the on-call doctor at my primary care physician's office. I called as I was feeling very sick and my blood pressure was alarmingly high. He called me back and left no voicemail in the morning. I wasn't sure if it was the on-call doctor so I called back only to be greeted with a man yelling: "WHAT WAS SO IMPORTANT YOU HAD WAKE ME UP AT 3 IN THE MORNING?! HUH?!" I was startled and immediately apologized. He then proceeded to shout repeatedly "WHAT DO YOU NEED EMILY? WHAT DO YOU NEED?!" before abruptly hanging up on me. I ended up in Urgent Care that same day and tested positive for Covid."
