"I’ve always received great care at CvS minute clinic in Newtown, PA- but today my appointment for shots was scheduled for 10:30 AM and I arrived at 10:10 and it’s now 11:30 and I still haven’t been seen yet. This is unacceptable for scheduled appointments. They need to do better."

"Trust the reviews on here about the blonde woman who is evil poison! Almost every review on here is about the same evil nurse! So rude and confrontational. Really really bad at her job and should not be working with a general public. She should be ashamed of everything she is. Arrived there thinking I had a 1230 appointment as that is what I asked for at 12:50. I asked her if it was normal to be running this late. She told me I had a 12:50 and that she was seeing the next patients who had a 12:30. The time was now 12:50 so she was running late. I told her I thought I had a 1230 appointment and she rudely said I had a 12:50 (the time was 12:50!) I asked her why she was being so rude? She was rude again so I said, fine, see these people and I’ll wait longer. She was insistent to have the last word , so I repeated, it’s fine, see these people and I’ll wait. She was rude again back and I asked her why she needed the last word, she didn’t like that and refused to vaccinate my 9yo so we had to drive to Philadelphia instead. This woman is dreadful. Customer service sucks, and she doesn’t care. Please don’t go here guys, pick another one somewhere else. She needs to be fired! Oh, on the way out I told her she failed at her job today as she is meant to help people and she called security. Lol. Can’t write this!"

"I’ve read some bad reviews about the NP with blond hair. Well, there are two NPs at this clinic and the other one is a pleasure to see. She’s friendly, listens to your concerns, and shares her personal experiences if relevant."

"The NASTIEST women (blonde haired doctor) works here! DO NOT BOTHER! She’s rude, has no idea what’s she’s talking about, gives false information and waste yours time! Just go to regular urgent care! Awful experience!!!!!!!"

"I'd leave zero stars if I could! This place is awful on every level. All the reviews are correct on here! I will never ever step foot in this clinic again. You can't even speak to someone unless you go through thd whole virtual and kiosk check in. They need a human at the desk, first of all. They all hide behind closed doors so they don't have to answer any questions. Then AFTER you pay a copay, theyll tell you they dont accept your insurance, IF they dont turn you away for being 5 seconds past your appt time. I've had 2 terrible experiences here and all they want to do is push vaccines on you, that's all they care about. Extremely rude and untrained staff. Goodbye! Never again, I'll go to urgent care, if needed."
