Lots of unneeded rules. You're treated like a number. To get personal service for your personal or business account - go to Fidelity Bank or Fulton Bank. AVOID THIS BANK! Its terrrible in all repsects. Plus its a Spanish owned bank - stick with an American Bank."
"I was in a pinch and need to withdrawal money - I called and spoke with Joe and Dianna. Both were friendly and attentive over the phone. Dianna assisted me within the branch. Safe to say, Dianna saved the day! I was so stressed out trying to get somethings in order. I arrived around 1230 and I was so worried it would be too late to withdrawal what I needed. But Dianna was still able to assist me and quickly. I will say, I ever enjoy having to drive 20+ minutes to get to my bank, however, the customer service makes it worth it."
