"If you are looking for a business partner for your tax company let me tell you from first hand experience over the past few years. This company is awful. If you have a problem and need actual help assisting your client you can’t even speak to any one directly that can help resolve your issue. They promote high loans when majority of the time your clients will only get $250-$500. Even returning clients that have had all their tax returns pay out every year. I recommend you find another company to assist you with your third party banking."

"Absolutely horrible financial institution. The first problem is that you can't understand what no one is saying and they get loud with you like you are asking to many question. My Tax Refund was with this financial third party and my account info was put in wrong at the tax office the problem was caught 5 days before the money was due to come to me . But they would not correct before the time. Stating we have to wait because everything was in process already mine you this was a Thursday and money was not due to Tuesday the next week. while that day as come but no money has came and they now tell me to call the bank and tell them about the mistake and have them to reverse the problem when i could have put in the correct 5 days before the money was due and things could have turn out find. I understand everyone makes mistakes but how do everyone work together to get my Tax Refund back to me in a timely matter. $39.95 fee is just not worth the time of using these people that are no help to millions of people. A POOR COMPANY. and i gave them a 1 star even when i think they should be ZERO"

"They are thieves, kept our rebates and lied. They claimed they took a lost and had to recoup their money back. This was never disclosed to us when applying. When spoken to Steven at the IRS forum he explained if a client does not get their refund they take a lost on the loan advance given to clients. Now it’s a different story and they are taking our hard earned money. Never again."

"I don't understand the other reviews. I have used EPS for nearly or maybe 5 years without incident, whatsoever. We now have EPS process all of our "bank product" returns. From reading the other reviews, it sounds like the incidents are a result of a couple of situations where the IRS decides the last minute to with hold a refund for prior government debts owed like child support, etc. We have seen instances where the IRS will with hold a refund at the last minute. When and if that happens, it is only a natural instinct to blame the bank, but we have to also realize that the IRS ultimately determines the funding, when where and how. We have only had great experiences with EPS and when there is any kind of question regarding amounts, and funding, we have always received the best of service. Thank You EPS for servicing our clients. Keep up the good work."
