"Great bank to do business with, except the lobby at the 25th street branch in palmer twp , PA is extremely slow. Like very slow. And there's one teller, Peggy, has a major attitude problem. She's always doing something on her phone or eating something other then her job. She kind of acts like she's annoyed because you're there. Everyone else there is very nice and efficient."
"Absolutely the worst bank in the country!!! I'm a thousand miles from home at my son's wedding. Truist keeps declining my card for fraud. After 4 phone calls with complete idiots that can barely speak english I still have no access to our money! Over 12k in the account and they won't give me access to it. I'm ready to track down the Truist CEO and put my fist through his face!"
