"Have scheduled multiple passport application appointments for new passports and renewal and I do shipping on a regular basis. Employees are efficient and helpful all the time. I have yet to have a rude, unhelpful employee yet. Lines can be long but this is to expected for shipping."

"There are no signs outside the building or on the door to let you know that this is a US Postal facility. WHY??? The card left for a registered letter gives this street number address for Silverside Rd. It is a complex with many buildings in it. No street numbers on any buildings. The US Post Office should be required to properly identify itself."

"You can drop off packages, pick up mail on hold and pick up missed deliveries. 3911 Concord Pike is where all other Postal transactions can be done."

"No signs to let you know where it’s at the person there Syreena is ridiculously rude called back the next day to speak to a manager about how she spoke to me and still have not heard anything back completely disgusted have never had such awful customer service I’m 23 years old have lived in the apartments behind the tallyville fire station all my life and never have I been treated with such attitude and disregard to anything I have to say. Sadie had to tell her to walk away because she was so unhelpful. Definitely will be calling cooperate."
