"Great experience with Haakim and AAA! He came out within the hour and my car was unlocked in under 5 minutes!"
"Absolutely fabulous!!!!!!! Becca came to save our day and we greatly appreciate it. Thank you all for having awesome team members. She deserves to run AAA!! Thank you."
"If you need roadside assistance, ask for Ray. I called simply in need of a tow, but instead I received prompt service, professional insight, and immediate resolution at nearly no cost. Awesome. I've had AAA roadside for years, but scarcely ever used it. When my car wouldn't start one day, the first call I made was to the local mechanic. "It could be 1000 different things," the mechanic said over the phone. "If you get it in here, we'll run through everything and hopefully get it back to you in a day or two." Bummer. "The car is less than 10 years old," I thought, "And I'm good about getting all of the regular, required maintenance. However, car mechanics is not one of my strong-suits, so I suppose I'll just leave it to the professionals this time." The only thing I had to do was arrange for the vehicle to be towed to the mechanic. Thus, here enters AAA... I called AAA the morning of my appointment with the mechanic and was cordially greeted by the dispatcher who informed me that an associate would arrive within the half-hour. A mere 15 minutes later I was face-to-face with Ray, a congenial club fleet associate with decades of mechanic experience. As I prepared to throw the car into neutral and roll it out for the tow, he inquired about the issue and asked if he might take a look himself. "Why not," I acquiesced, already fearing the diagnosis and what expenses it might bear. In sheer MINUTES he was able to isolate the problem AND get my car up-and-running. Not only that, but he walked me through the entire process; he explained the issues, their causes, how to fix them and prevent future occurrences, in addition to details of the mechanics themselves to give me even more peace-of-mind. He also provided me with a list of products that I could purchase and apply myself so as to avoid the mechanic altogether. Not to mention, he insisted his visit was on-the-house - after all, he had only been there 10 minutes! With Ray's help, my car is now running as well as it was when I bought it, with no visit to the mechanic and a purchase of only $25 from the local auto parts store. Utterly fantastic. So, if you still happen to be reading this obscenely prolix review, here's the scorecard for AAA: Punctual: Check Informative: Check-Check Courteous: Check-Check-Check Honestly, they could only have done better if they somehow corrected the problem before I even found it. Well-played, AAA (thumbs-up emoji)."
