"I feel like the court system should really start taking into account third-party relationships of the other parent in child custody cases. If your child doesn't want to be around that third party and there's valid reason, the court should consider all the information given and also consider the child's feelings! What's in the "best interest" of the child definitely isn't exercised, i.m.o..."

"The system for family court is HORRIBLE in Jersey as well....had custody of both granddaughters for 9 years + and I asked their biological mother, my daughter to help with one of the girls temporarily and she took me to court for custody. I called and reported her in Delaware 2x and was told it's okay to hit your kid as well as okay to live with no food....no proper shelter and be left alone at 11yrs of age. Guess I have to wait for something MAJOR to happen for the system to wake UP!! So now my daughter has felt the need with the help of my brother, who bullies me , to take me to court for a no contact !! The family Court system is horrible especially when you ask for therapy with your family and you are denied!"

"The American justice system has failed this courthouse a prime example of that if you get a hearing here there are all of 3 judges who will give you a fair trial. Anyone else I suggest you go in with a fancy lawyer and your best clothing it's a very flashy pay to win system it doesn't matter how much evidence you have that can be proven about the other party or how much evidence you have to keep yourself out of trouble it won't matter if the other party has more money I promise."

"Employees are capable, earnest, and compassionate. However, the decentralized old tech they are working with often sets their best efforts up for confusion and delay. Modernizing and properly mapping the software/data they are using would likely go a long way to employee retention at this location."
