"Worst customer service. I step in the building at 10am to renew a rental property license, I was done by 1140am. The lady on Window 1 first ignored me like I wasn't there, then when she finally call me had an attitude. Then she started changing info on my account with out permission or giving me options. City of wilmington is getting worse by the hour!!"
"City Wilmington is trash and they trying to keep the city in poverty. How do you have 2 hour parking in an area where we already dealing with poverty. It is 2 hour parking in an residential area on the east side everywhere. People can't even park in front of their house without getting an ticket... NOT FAR AT ALL! This is crazy"
