Reviews
"Always a positive experience calling customer service, speaking to a live and helpful WPFFCU bank teller, never a robot. WPFFCU offers personable and reliable banking to their members and their members families for decades to come."
"Friendly and very helpful!"
"I was a member for thirty seven years and obtained numerous loans during that time. Recently I paid off a loan on a vehicle and when I went to retrieve my Title for the vehicle they informed me that they did not receive it. I knew this not to be true and advised them of how and when the Title was delivered. They insisted and demanded proof of delivery which after five years I no longer had. They advised me that I would have to purchase a new Title through Motor Vehicle at my expense. Customer Service is a thing of the past. I have talked to other members who have relayed other bad experiences with the Credit Union and I have since closed out my account with them."
"I was belligerently told this branch is not accessible to the public."
