"Absolutely do not make an appointment with this Dr. This is my fault for not reading reviews before I booked mine. Dr.Galeos is dismissive, doesn’t let you finish your sentence, acts like what you’re saying doesn’t matter and makes you feel like you are wasting his time / annoying him by being there. I have been told on 2 different occasions by 2 different ENTs since I was 16 years old that I have a severe deviated septum on one side and a moderate deviation on the other. Today miraculously after 15 years, I am “barely” deviated on one side and “mildly” deviated on the other. i was told the reason i literally can’t breathe is because of my allergies (that he has no idea of / history to go off of bc im a brand new patient). I also have a severe pain/tenderness in my neck when you touch it which has just started and is accompanied with pain while swallowing food and a bulging salivary gland on one side that was never there before. this man looked me in the face and said “you’re not symmetrical honey. sorry” and “it’s normal” i will OBVIOUSLY be getting a second opinion. I am very sad and disappointed I took time off of work to be completely dismissed and let down by this Dr. More than anything, I was really praying for answers and relief for the extreme discomfort I’ve been experiencing and lack of sleep due to the fact I cannot BREATHE. i can’t believe someone cares this little about his patients/his profession. i’m disgusted"

"If I could give this office a zero, I would. The office staff doesn't pay attention when you speak to them, the doctor tells you that you are wrong when you are telling him what you are there for and he was incorrect as well telling me that my issue was a salivary gland, it turned out to be my tonsils, he scheduled me for surgery on 12/13, his office NEVER had the surgery approved and when I got a call from them on 12/15, the office staff wasn't aware I had the surgery that THEY scheduled .w for AND they sent the approval to my secondary insurance instead of my primary, and I only know this because I got the denial in the mail. The doctor called with my results and started off with I tested positive for Covid on Friday, just 2 days after my surgery. I canceled my in office appointment on 12/20 and rescheduled to 12/28. After I got the denial from my 2nd insurance, I called his office and was basically told he should have never seen me because they don't participate with my secondary insurance, had they actually looked at my cards when I checked in and put the correct insurance in first position like they should have, there wouldn't had been an issue, but instead of doing that, they were making fun of a patient that they had just hung up with, which is very unprofessional. I received a text to confirm my appointment on 12/28, I confirmed and when I got to the office, which was empty, I was told that the doctor would not be seeing me because he had already transitioned my care to another doctor, unbeknownst to me, and as I was walking out of the office the front desk staff started talking about me. I have still not had a post surgical visit, so I am hoping that everything healed up ok. Would not recommend this office to ANYONE."
