"At first I thought the staff was amazing and thought they really cared about my well being mentally. It wasn't until I told them I would not be coming back did I realize they will slander your name quickly in order to take the pressure off of themselves. They lied to mom about almost everything pertaining to my departure and the reason behind why there was not a proper plan placed for my afterward care. While I understand that I am to blame about leaving group so abruptly I was under the impression that I was dealing with healthcare professionals with experiences and training dealing with swinging moods. If you are struggling mentally without the best support system these people have no problem gaslighting you and lying to your support system about you in anyway they can. Find a better place to receive help"

"Most unprofessional and unorganized place I've ever gone to. You can't see your clinician for medication review more than once a year if you're lucky. I had an appointment for 5 MONTHS later after the Doctor putting me on a brand new medication. And then they cancelled on me. Rescheduled it to an entire 13 MONTHS after my last appointment. I needed a refill. Called so many times that I stopped bothering. They said they put it through then i go to the pharmacy and the pharmacy says there's nothing there. It happens every appointment. I'd go elsewhere if I drove and was able to pick the distance. But I need places in the area within my service provider which is limited to them unfortunately."
