"After my keys disappeared in the house I was staying at in PA, I had to get a locksmith to get me a replacement so I could make it home to VA. Lock doctor showed up as fast as he could, manually unlocked my car, got me a replacement & it's even better than the original. It was snowy and cold and he let us sit in his heated vehicle while he worked. Had no cash in hand so he let us follow him to the ATM after. Thank you for the amazing service!"

"Update: He made it right. Gave us a discount on service, and also an apology. Once service was provided, it was very good. Key worked great. This guy is a joke. Outrageously priced, so you would think at a minimum polite and professional. Abosolutely the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in any sort of service. He gave my husband the run around to meet to have a car key made at the car. We lost our key. An hour and a half later, no service. When my husband calls to make sure he is still coming he has the audacity to say he will get there when the f*** he gets there?
