"Closed early even though I called and they said they would be open. My 2 year old woke up complaining of ear pain. It was 8:45 pm, called on my way to urgent care, it’s right down the road, said they were open. Got there 5 min later and they were closed at 8:50. lights on inside, knocked on the door no answer. I had literally just got off the phone with them. Thanks for the consideration."
"I went for an ear ache which it said they can handle. I guess you have to check first to see if it's within their capability. All of the staff was very nice and I was seen promptly. I will say that I had been there previously before they were scheduled to close and was told they could not take me, that I would have to go to E.R. But this experience was a positive one."
"HORRIBLE!!! The lack of professionalism & effective care. Wisdom tooth ruptured, the nurse didn’t even ask my pain level or even addressed the infection & bleeding gums. Prescribed me Tylenol ?? And expressed they cannot prescribe anything else. I’m in extreme pain and they expressed for me to go to the ER and subject myself to pay another co pay. Believe the reviews. Stay Away!!"
"I was hesitant to go here given some of the reviews. I was visiting from California and I had a bug bite that was infected and needed to be treated. I went to the urgent care this past Sunday. I was greeted promptly by the receptionist, I did not wait more than 15 minutes to be called back, and the nurse practitioner was professional and helpful. Thank you for the prompt care and good customer service."
"Clinical staff has always been respectful and helpful from my experience, but I had a pretty upsetting interaction with the woman at the front desk during my last visit. The woman gave exasperated sighs, eye rolls, and just a general sense that I was wasting her time as I was trying to explain my symptoms (sinus infection and possible skin infection/adverse reaction). Working in healthcare myself I understand that things can be frustrating, and we all have bad days, but this just felt blatantly disrespectful. I'm came away from the interaction feeling somewhat small, anxious, and humiliated. It didn't help that when I sat down in the waiting area she sneezed, and her co-worker made a snide remark about her being allergic to my 'bullsh*t' (how is speaking this way about a patient ever okay?)When a patient doesn't feel well sometimes, we get a bit anxious about our symptoms and struggle at times to explain certain things, but one shouldn't be made to feel like they're full of nonsense or unintelligent. Luckily the nurse practitioner was very kind and respectful, and I felt somewhat human again. Treating patients with basic human decency shouldn't be seen as such a cumbersome hassle."
