"This place is ridiculous. I cannot believe we trust our mail in the possession of the people who work at this particular store. The lazy, lack of intelligence concerns me when I think of the trust we have to have in the people who work here. Makes me sick to my stomach."

"A gentleman served me. I wish I got his name. He was a tall dark and handsome younger man. He was so kind and he made my day when he heard me speak Spanish. He Pulled his head up and UM Um Um. That's all he said he made me laugh. He send my package to Puerto Rico. Told me that it may get there later. But it got there earlier. Thank you Young Man you made my day. God bless you."

"There was a decent line and only one person working the counter, but I understand right now is a difficult time to find people to work so it's understandable. However there was a lady named Sally who came out of the office and saw the line of people and then just walked away. Somebody asked her if she could help them real quick and she had a really poor attitude towards the customer. But ultimately she ended up walking away and leaving the gentleman at the counter by himself to deal with a bunch of angry customers. However, a worker named Von was about to go on his lunch break when he saw the line of customers and asked if there was anything he could do to help anybody. Von was very friendly and helpful. Just a little irritated that Sally (I assume she's the boss) wasn't friendly at all. But glad the other postal workers were hard at work and friendly."

"Knowledgable and friendly staff. Vincentown is a small and usually not too busy po. The staff really makes this one of the better ones to take your business too because they do not have the poor and unhelpful attitude that you sometimes find with usps staff."
